I only hung the wiring in the ultrasonic cleaner, using the correct product the outcome was awesome. I only left it in for about a minute

Today has been good, got lots done to the old girl today, front master cyl cleaned prepped and painted with Satin black, looks sweet too, Also sorted a couple of the elecrics back plates, they are also painted nice.
List still to do:
Add fork oil to legs
3 piece front bralke hose (still to buy)
Sort ignition out (may have to buy one)
Stripe, clean, tape wiring harness, then fit it.
Get a battery (still to buy)
Fit CAS, going for 530, may even try a 520. if 530 will be 17/43 (still to buy) need to align it.
Fit rear brake hose (still to buy)
Fit all bits back inti the tank
Fit carbs, after ultrasonic cleaning. Can't decide wether to stick with a stock air box.
Fit a 170 rear tyre (still to buy)
Fit new clutch centre bearing and new clutch springs,
Replace and fit all casing gaskets.
Set tappets.
New oil and filter.
Fit nice shiny harris
I think I'm about £500 away from done.

Quite interesting!
What solution do you use for your wire harness? Once they are cleaned, what do you do to make sure they are dry?
Thanks!
I still have a full deck.
I just shuffle slower!
