Re: Moto Martin GSX1100
There's been a bit of progress. If youve not seen Oldkool Suzuki or ACS on facebook ( I know some of you dont like it or use it) you'l have seen that Ive been test fitting the fairing and the seat unit to get an idea of what it'll look like.
I must add that its only TEST fitting! The front forks, wheels, bars yokes and swinging arm are NOT staying on the bike! So try and look at the BIG picture and not what you see.................Its only Test fitted!
Its having Bandit 12 Forks, GSXR750 Swinging arm, SPOKED WHEELS, And a NEW paint scheme!

Hi Chris the forks are from a ZXR400 but have been lengthened.
Sorry but have plans for the forks...........
Think theyll go quite well on this other project I have in the shed!
Think I have enough stuff to build it with all the bits I have lying around!

Right then. Ive finally got my finger out of my fat arse and stripped the Martin down ready for the refurb. The frame was not looking too good in places, so after much thought I have rubbed it down and have had it etched primered ready for it new colour to be applied. Its gojng to be a nice pearleascent blue Xirillac
The swinging arm was getting swapped oug for a Gixxer 750 arm until I was shown the error of my ways anc havd now decided to use the original Martin arm
Camt pist pics on here as it says theyre too big.
