Hello, a GS1000 FAN.....

Hi all,
I read about this site in motorcycle mechanics, so here I am, lol, my name is Andy and I am a Suzuki fan as well as other bikes, I at present own 4 bikes, 3 Suzuki"s and 1 Kawasaki, a 1977 KZ1000, 2 x GS1000"S 1x EN & 1x ET, and a 1971 T350R all of which are undergoing Full restoration, so as you can see, I am pretty busy, the main reason they are all being worked on is, I cannot ride or drive anymore, due to an eye condition RP, losing some of my peripheral coming to a head 2 years ago, so although I cannot ride anymore, I still have a big interest in bike"s, hence the restorations, and regularly attend shows etc, I do hope your still let me in, as I may well like to pick ya brain"s on the GS1000"S...lol.. I am a very big fan of the old GS1000, and had 2 many years ago, I had the early flute tank in black, then a blue and white S model, also bought a new GSX1100EFE unfaired in 88, had a 1100 GL shafty, and a few others, that I cannot recall, at this stage, I do like the Kantana"s and I do own one..............1/10 Scale..anyhow, look forward to reading and chatting on the forum.............

Hello bud. Welcome aboard. Im glad you like the shows as we try to do a few. Be great to have you or your bikes at them. See events section. As your doing restoration projects we have a section called projects strangely enough. Be great to see ur bikes in there. By the way i love the gs1000. Id love a icv. By the way sorry you can no longer ride but i like your attitude of still playing with them.
