Show us your GSX1100
This is my mate Harrys 1100EZ.. Hes owned it about as long as i've owned my Kat.. 22 years... Maybe slightly longer.
In july he wanted me to fit some bigger wheels in it, but he wanted to keep the standard forks, as he didnt want to go too much over the top with the modifications.
I fitted a GSX750F front wheel & discs, & made some adaptor plates to fit the front calipers too. I had to take 2mm off both sides of the wheel where the discs fit, & 1.5mm off the discs to get the required clearance.. (discs to inside of the forks clearance)...New spacers were made up too.
The rear wheel is a 4.5" gsxr item... & i had to take 8mm off the rear sprocket carrier face, to get the chain alinement spot on. New spacers were knocked up too.
He was well impressed with the finished job.
