Thats a nice colour scheme on the bike Cuds. Unusual. Or not common! For the last couple of months a chap has been trying to sell a set of bodywork exactly the same colours as yours at an autojumble I visit. He was asking less for the complete set than I would charge for a respray, and they were absolutely as new, mint, immac. I was very tempted!

Cheers dixiethedog. I must admit I was pleased to find this colour scheme on the bike when I bought it. Havn't actually seen another one in the flesh. Nice to be a bit different. How much was he asking for the complete set and whereabouts in the country is the autojumble? I dream of a decent autojumble for down here in Devon but it seems we're too far out of the way for anyone to bother. Still, at least the roads are quiet...

Hi Perry, the autojumble is at Rufforth, just outside York,1st Sat of the month.
The seller was asking somewhere around £175 for the bodywork. It was as new! He had some reupholsted seats for about £60. With a freshly powdercoated frame for not much more than a couple of hundred quid,I could have had a nice looker. But I like spray painting! He had a new old stock silver tank for £120 as well. He had sold a 9000 mile old engine for an efe for £750. I bought a pair of sidepanels which were marked up as £45 the pair for £30.
He was a nice bloke, and was aware of this site.

That is less than I was expecting for a complete set. To be honest, I only really want the tank as mine has started to bubble under the tank straps. Shame you're so far away. As he's aware of the site, maybe he might be tempted to move them on via the forum? I for one would definately be interested. Cheers bud

getting there....
Had the frame straightened in November, painted frame and many parts, rebuilt it, now i only need a good rear shock.
