When I brought the frame from Mr Grumpy he never planned to carry pillions., I do. So needed to have some kind of support as the original support was removed when the shock mounting points were moved. We decided to fit supports like the AMA bikes had in the 80s.
First thing was toget two 20mm lengths of 2mm thick tube, then cut one end to 51 degrees

THen the other end was cut, this was a long cut and took Alan a long while to get them to fit perfect

Tonight I cut off all the unwanted brackets and cleaned the frame up. I also drilled the hanger supports and shapped them.
First thing was to find and mark the hole centres, them hammerless centre punches are awesome

If you look at the hanger you can see the bottom mount protruding, I didn't like that
