Thanks chaps.
I sent my pal Alan a gsx et tailpiece last week to have Cosmo copy it for a Pendine race bike. Im getting it in for paint soon (i hope!),so will have a look at the quality.
I miss OSS
I need to work out what size oil lines/fitting's etc I need for the turbo kit? Im guessing AN-8 sizing should be about right?
The other thing Ive been looking at is to use turnbuckles (from McGill Motorsport) with M12 rosejoints for my lock up struts. Any thoughts?
I used to run with steel welded non adjustable ones on my last EFE,but occasionally would have liked a little height adjustment. Times like the MOT!
If I work out whats needed,I'll get my debit card out and get all the parts bought, then it can be full steam ahead.
The only steam I have now is from the over worked kettle.

AN 8, Or -8, will be fine for oil coolers, my turbo Kat oil feed is -6, with a -8 return... (Rajay F40) they say bigger return the better, but -8 has been fine on my bike.

AN8 refers to the outside diameter which means 1/2, the inside diameter depends on the type of tube used, its all very confusing when trying to design something. Fittings are worse they dont tell the inside diameter. Ive had them delivered only to find out they've a reduced internal diameter making them useless

Thank you all for replies.
Rather than drill and tap the oil supply line (drill the plug thing,to accept a banjo bolt),I had wanted to go posh, and use nice fittings. The AN sizes, with being non metric have me scratching my head in a dumbfounded kind of way.
Are any of you using Rayjay turbo's?? I dont have a thread measuring tool,so can anybody suggest what size threads they are for the oil in,and oil out, please?
I mailed FBM a day or two back, but havent had any reply,as he must be busy,I guess.
Im useless when it comes to anything other than metric.
I do however sometimes use a half inch spanner on 13mm nuts.
Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the suggestion of torques.co.uk,Ive used them for a lot of fittings in the past, for chops etc. They are great value for money!
I suppose If I start by removing the plug from the side of the engine to see what size it is I can work from there.
Ive a spare 750 motor sitting here,so I'll have a look at that for the size.
Presuming a gsxr750 is the same as an 1100...
