con rods
Hi, Could someone tell me what the letters mean that are cast onto the conrods}A O O 1or4or6. The rods have 20mm gudgeon pins .Also is the taper on the end of the crank different between ET and EFE .Is it possible that I have EFE rods on an ET crank.Any info welcome. Thanks.

Hi not sure on nimbers i know Kats have 493 rods. I think they are the best. The kat crank has a diffent taper to the et. Not sure about ET to Efe.

You could also check the number of teeth. The gear on the crank that spins the clutch is different on the efe and the et

Thanks everyone, came to the conclution I have EFE rods on an ET crank.

Is it fully welded "all round" or part welded "just one stich weld per pin" ?
And does it have a straight cut gear or helical one ?

Bought the crank in this condition,polished,welded & balenced.straight cut primary. Just curious as to what i have.
