All, just replaced the seals on the forks and put in fresh oil 10w 240cc per leg and there seems to be little rebound damping. Looking at the manual it states the oil level should be 140mm form top of stauntion presume this is with the stauntion pushed into the leg although mine is nowhere near 140mm.
Should I be using heavier oil say 20w?
Cheers

fork oil level is always measured with the fork compressed and spring removed

Thanks for the info will check, although you would have thought if you put the correct amount in then the level would be correct, maybe I have missed something.
