swingarm fitment?????

Im torn at the moment between going full on dragbike style with a long swingarm build or actually going for a short swingarm and ( :shock:

)suspension??
The frame im planning on using,has been modified to allow me to run lock up struts,as if it was a twin shock bike,
The frame just before the mounts were added,and it went off to get blasted etc.

My question is,can I fit a gsxr (earlier type)swingarm,without having to weld on new mounts??? The frame is unused in fresh powdercoat.
If I can,Ive a steelheart one off thing,a spondon extended one,or a JMC deep brace one. Decisions????

In the rubbish bin with a TD04 one day when i was tidying up,but somebody said that they were worth keeping,so i pulled them back out of the bin.
