gsxr wheel in efe.

hi aircooled heads,
Im in the process of trying to get a gsxr 1100K wheel into the back of my efe.
I folowed the instructions for the spacers, which was posted ages ago, by captain chaos, or Mozza, cant remember, and the wheel is sitting wildly offset to the RHS as you look at it from the rear. Surely there is something wrong with this, as the tyre is touching the swinger on the RHS, and its only a 160.
Check the pics, and bail me out here please someone. I also need a caliper and caliper hanger ?
Whats everyone using?
I got my EFE caliper rebuilt, if there is a suitable hanger for it.
Check the pics showing clearance? is this what they are meant to be, cos it seems too far offset?
Maybe i need to skim the sprocket carrier?
