Have you guys found out if we can have a stand

Sorry john-a lot going on-YES-your welcome to bring a club/forum stand-there is a charge for traders but for club stands just selling tees/stickers etc we,d just take a nominal donation towards the [endless costs of staging the] event.
we have just had the event dates confirmed by the council and are now free to start the other jobs needed.

Thanks to PLRC for confirming that were ok to have a ACS stand at Pendine. We will come along and were really looking forwards to it. I will bring our events tent, need to sort a generator out, for lights etc, So whose up for it? I can bring two or three ACS bikes. be great to make a big effort for BBK to have lots of ACS porn along side of his

Even if your bikes a near completed special project bring it along.

PLRC have mentioned that a contribution will be required from clubs, any suggestions on how to raise it. maybe everyone could make a donation on arrival?

Our main concern is that people stay safe-stay upright-and GO FAST-

the costs of staging this event are ever increasing-we have NO INTENTION of making money from anyone , see above-

but of course we dont want the club to have to fold covering all the expenses-

if ACS want to have a stand and a party at the event we welcome that-we,ll be there with you!-we all love bikes, especially proper aircooled machinery-

we aim to promote landspeed racing in this country ,to assist where possible,using our prior experience- any club members

wishing to go racing abroad.

and to generally.....

get these spectacular old bikes out doing what they do-and always in a finer fashion than the new easy peasy super whizzers.

SO- join our club , come and race , and enjoy what we hope to be a regular , international get together of proper motorcycles-

thrashed mercilessly and enjoyed immensely.

PendineLRC, sounds great and I can't wait, we are getting a bit of interest so that's good. So hopefully we will get a variety of ACS there.
I've never missed going to the Farmyard party since I started doing it many many years ago, this is on at the same weekend. I think this is going to be awesome, the atmosphere, smell, sound etc. gagging.

This was racing at Pendine in 2009. bet it sounded nice at full chat
