FBM-thanks for the enthusiasm , the lovely old 1927 brough superior SS100 KTOR twin ohv race special 'jeannie' was photographed on pendine sands for an advert , davida helmet IIRC , no plug leads on etc .
Sadly there has been no racing of the type we are staging on the beach since 1922 which was the welsh TT - no , we,d never heard of it either , it feels good to be getting real bikes and like minded people together , take four stokes , two strokes , castrol R , methanol , beer , and people from many countries , and , in our experience this makes for memorable times .
I am currently pricing things up like generators walkie talkies , timing equipment , food and drink for marshals , printing , fencing and a lot of other unseen costs - if we can get a big enough generator on site-we hope to have electricity for all.
Primarily this is a speed trial , but a party with our friends and meeting new people [and getting them to race
] are always the best of times.

Done it, registered with Georgina. Do I need to do anything else? Or just turn up the evening before the event?

Hello PendineLRC as your aware we are having a ACS events tent at the show. We will be coming the evening before. Can you confirm that we can came with the events tent and our bikes? Had a few others ask that will be coming with ACS if they can camp? Will there be a charge for sticking your tent up? Thanks FBJ
