>
>Dear Club Organiser,
>
>We would like to invite you to the Carole Nash Great Scottish Bike Show on May 11-12, 2013, at the Lanark Agricultural Centre. After the success of the inaugural show in 2012 we look forward to welcoming both classic and modern bike clubs through the doors.
>
>Although the weather was not on our side last year, the motorcycling community was not deterred as clubs, private exhibitors and bikers still flocked to the showground on the day. We were overwhelmed by the support we received and for the 2013 event will be implementing changes to resolve the problems caused by the adverse weather conditions.
>
>Rather than using the large marquees outside, we will be moving the stands into the large penning area located behind the foyer. This will ensure that club stands are more secure and have no exposure to the elements. We are also offering a 3m x 3m marquee for your club to use throughout the show free of charge.
>
>Clubs are in with a chance of winning cash prizes too, with Best Club Stand taking home £750 and second and third placed clubs receiving £500 and £250 respectively. Individual owners can get in on the action as well, with £100 going to the Best In Show and Best Private Entry. Each entrant will also receive a commemorative mug, a vehicle pass and two wristbands - all completely FREE!
>
>The event takes place on Saturday, May 11, and Sunday, May 12, 2013, at Lanark Agricultural Centre in Hyndford Road, Lanark ML11 9AX, and is run by Mortons' Classic Bike Shows team, who run the Stafford Classic Motorcycle Shows, in conjunction with Robbie and Margaret Allan.
>
>Just fill in the form attached and book a space where your club can feel at home.
>
>If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to get in touch, I look forward to speaking with you soon.
