Hi all, I am new here. So to introduce myself, I am 57 years old and work as a mechanic I have 2 GS bikes a 1000 and a 750. The 750 is a 1977 and is near standard, the 1000 is another story. It looks standard but has a few mods 1085big bore ported head dyna ignition k+n filter in modified shaft drive air box progressive fork springs GSX1100 swing arm falicon clutch hub fireblade discs and yam fz6 callipers. I have owned it 15 years and it started as a basic N model from USA with wire wheels and 1 disc on front. All work done on both bikes are done by myself apart from powder coating. Also my eldest son James has a 1978 GS550, also rebuilt by me
