Bobster here, some of you peeps already know me from the KOC and the OSS......and some still have that pleasure to come!

It looks quite funky in here! I like it! Well done John on getting this new site up and running!

Now I dont know if I'm actually allowed in here as my Katana is only a 1000 ( 997cc). So if I promise to behave myself, can I hang out in here for a while and maybe, one day I'll get a proper BIG Suzook!

Well I have actually been Looking at a GS1000 today in my local Suzuki dealer............It is RED and has standard pipes and is really shiny...too shiny in fact as someone has chrome plated the frame, swinging arm, headlight sheel and brackets etc ..........It has the Red tank with the white stripe along the side.......some call it the Wes Cooley GS1000.

Just wondering if its worth £3000 as thats what the local dealer wants for it...or thats what he'll sell it to me for! ........

Q ; What are are GS1000 fetching these days. And is it worth £3000................
maybe I need to take a pic or 2 and post on here!

With regards to your Kat not being a big proper one, it don't matter, If's nick named a thou so that's sorted

Have you gone of the idea of the EFE now then? I think you need to post some pics of the GS your thinking about to get a fair valuation. I've seen nice ish GS1000Es for £1000 to £1500, The S is a bit more desireable maybe £2000 to £2500. modified ones is another story, you may limit the market, however if you get someone that really wants it they're worth £3000. Of course thats just my humble opinion.

Hi Bobster.Finally got a few mins to get on here and have a look round and youre already on and buying another bike!! £3k sounds a lot mate but as we all know they are worth what someone will pay.
