Hi , have a gs thou 78, wes cooley type, still on build , usual fuck ups , front end is slingy yokes and bandit 12 forks, just to sort the lockstops, rear 160 bandit 600 wheel , garage damp n freezin, stayin in house coz am shit at workin in the cold, other bike is a 77 gs750 , metmachex , flatslides, jota bars, typical 70s period mods, harris etc, really nice to ride, have a set of the new conti tyres to try on her , radials in the old sizes, and have a 530 conversion for her, hope to get some runs out on her for summer, last but not least is my 76 rd400, really nice wee bike, have it up for sale on gumtree,would swap for another gs , or bandit 1200, awe the best tommy.

Welcome Tam. I've seen your ads on Gumtree about the RD. Been tempted, i've got two GS Thou's and really want another GT750 kettle but have a soft spot for RD's. I'm in Paisley. I'll send you my contact details when i can work out how!!!
