Exhaust idea for EFE????
After having an EFE sitting collecting dust for too many years,i feel the urge to make a start on a project.
At the moment ive 2 Star Racing drag race style exhausts, which in the past i even managed to get the bike thru an MOT with fitted. At a strict MOT station!! But I fancy a change.
My idea for a change would be to make a set of stainless headers in the style of a mr turbo draw thru turbo style, with the link pipe (what would be the up pipe to the draw thru turbo on a mr turbo)running up the side of the engine, into a small can. Would this knack the carburation??
I made a start on a set of pipes a month or two back and need to finish them. The pipes would easily be adapted to fit the gsx.

Im new to tig welding so not very good, but Ive discovered away to get an absolutely invisible perfect finish with some special stainless "grinding"discs, that are usually only available to the likes of architectural stainless types (railings, staircases, shopping centre type stuff).
I need to be somewhere else now,so will come back to this later.

Sorry its a pic of a non suzuki(
),but if you can image the pipe from the collector from the headers running directly back to an exhaust can, would this work?? I really want to do a low drag bike style thing, without the hassle of having my exhaust drag along the ground. Been there and done that.

If I could get it to work ok like this,at a later date,if i continued with my turbo bits and pieces,i could slice the pipe, modify and add turbo.

high side pipes are nothing new so , yes it could be made to work , weather it would look any good is another thing , i sold some turbo headers to someone who was going to do the same thing on his chop due to ground clearance probs. kenty
