So were both on drugs. Pain killing type. Flo is worse than me. Spoke to insurance today they want to take the kat away for assesment. Bit worried as its mpdified. We never mentioned it. Think i may take lockup clutch of and oil cooler of before it goes incase they dont let us have it back. Acs do is still on Flo might be able to make it so may need to get some one help me load the biles onto the van afterwards

they cant "not let you have it back"..........................

its legally yours up till a point you decide to accept a settlement from them, and if its a 3rd party claim it has fook all to do with that insurance company - personally i would insist on an assessor coming to you if you still have the bike at home

bad news on the accident,
just takes time to recover,
bet you will be hassled with claims insurance companies,

take photos of the bike in its state, and if it does get taken away you have proof that certain parts were fitted,
and damage done.

it has been know for goodies to be taken off if insurance compaines were not told.
best get an assessor out to inspect it first
