IMPORT FROM HOLLAND

Hi,new to all this so after some help please if possible.
there are a few bikes I will bring over from Holland with there correct certs.
I need someone who I can pay to get the UK registration all sorted out.
I have the forms but seem to be in a different language !!
any help or advise if you can
