gs 750 paintcode and colour

Hi , im going to spray my gs 750 , 1977 model , I want to do it in the reddish orange colour, does anyone know the code and colour, or a match, thanks tommy.

well.. the colourcode is part (last bit) of the partno. so first step would be having a look at the micro fiches.. like here, and find some bodywork partno.s.. I found the addition -00J
now, on http://www.gs-classic.de there's some excellent info on paintcodes, and on this page you'd find the paint is called "Candy Gypsy Red-3".. and looking even further on the available pdf-file the comparable colorcode 60-2479 (2K) is suggested.. which you could order here or have made up by a local paint shop..
