My new turbo Kat project
Re: My new turbo Kat project
I know most people just cut the middle mount of the hangers, I'm thinking of doing the same and using hefty 5mm plate for the other two mounts, what your thoughs on that guys? as you can see on this pic, taken from my stock E, the middle bracket is close to the stock swingarm, I'm using a Bandit one.

This is with the hangers mocked up, can't really spot the new brackets in place because I want to make sure they clear the bandit arm, my arm is at Strangewayz house, not the end of the world as it will all be home soon,

this is a Katana master cylinder, my frame has had the mounting removed, any ideas of a cool way of mounting one?

If you look on my photos, you can still use the Kat rear master cylinder set up, & still use the cut out on the frame. Look where i've positioned my efe hangers & do away with that middle mounting plate,.. no need for it really. Just make sure you use some good thickness mounting lugs (8mm, 1/4").
