My new turbo Kat project

I hope today or Monday to order a HSR42. Set up for turbo use. I want the one with the larger float bowl and intake manifold. This is gonna hurt. Any idea what jet sizes i should request? Efe stock pistons with a rayjay?

Changed idle jet from 25 to 30
Changed main jet from 160 to 220.
Changed for a richer needle. Removed 97 added 95

Of load yeah. On load the low idle is a pain. It wont go below 1800rpm ish. It makes neutral a pain and gear selection harsh. Need to sort it

At the rear of the carb, near the top,... there is a vaccum pipe take off, for if you are running a vaccum petrol tap,.... ensure this is blocked off, if you are using the pingel fuel tap set up,.... or it will suck air in, & FERK YOUR CARBURATION UP.... Could also = BOOM!.. As it will be sucking air in at the wrong side of the carb. :ugeek:
