My new turbo Kat project
Re: My new turbo Kat project
I spent today working on the electrics, I'm sticking with a standard loom as much as possible, mainly because i'm not that great with electrics.
I don't want the electric items to sit in water if it rains, I don't want them to vibrate to much and I want plenty of air flow. So decided to use cushy float rubbers.

I don't want to fit the starter solinoid until I have fitted a R1 battery so I know the cables all fit.

Here's my 10 peneth.........
Rectifier Regs like to be in air flow to keep them cool. I know youve already drilled the holes but maybe turn it 90 degrees and maybe even fit to the underside of the alloy electrical box............in the air flow.
Looking good Bud!

Hi Folks, did quite a bit this weekend. Sorted a R1 battery, electrics nearly done, I just need to sort out a lead to go from the starter solinoid to the starter motor, and a long earth lead. Also waiting on a few grommets
