She's alive. No smoke engine sounds very quiet even with carbs needing balancing. It started really easily. Need to find a kat throttle cable. Clean carbs tomorrow and balance them then she is almost ready to go

Got them very close at 1700rpm, pleased with that, still think I'm going to get them ultrasonically cleaned.
